Luna Vista Policies

A two night minimum is required on week-ends (Friday - Saturday) and holidays for all suites. 

Check-In Time after 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time by 12:30 p.m. Late and Early Check-In/Out - Upon Request As Available.

Guarantee required by prepayment of 50% of your expected stay or one day's rental, whichever is greater, at time of reservation. Traveler Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. 

Cancellations and changes must be received within 7 days of your scheduled arrival for full refund of your guarantee paid at time of reservation. Changes or cancellations within the 7 day period are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent room for the same time period at the same rate.

Luna Vista's interiors are SMOKE-FREE environments. Smoking permitted on patios and garden areas only.

Guests will be held responsible for any intentional damage to the contents of Luna Vista or damages to furnishings and artifacts caused by negligence on their part or on the part of their pets.

Children over 6 years old accompanied by an adult are welcome.

Horses are welcomed that accompany equestrian travelers. 

Dogs are also welcomed to accompany you and can stay in our securely fenced and sheltered outdoor runs. Pet deposits and cleaning fees apply. Arrangements for your pets' needs and temperament must be made in advance  of your arrival. Pets are not allowed in-doors.
