Welcome to the Inndustry
"September 11, 2001, changed the lives of thousands of people. Two
such people are Kala Pearson and Frank Greene. …After
9/11, they decided to do what they really loved -
hospitality - right away, instead of waiting for "the
right time."….The Verde Valley is amazingly beautiful
and green in the springtime. … The sights are amazing -
mountains, white cliff faces, green plants, the
sparkling river and the red rocks… Since vacations for
Americans are few and precious today, Kala and Frank
spoil their guests. They provide a luxurious get-away
experience. Travelers from as far away as Taiwan and as
close as their neighboring town have come to Luna Vista
as strangers, and left as friends."

A New Meaning to Travel in
the Gay-Friendly World
Driving back from California last
month we really found a new meaning for traveling in the
gay-friendly world! We stayed at Luna Vista Bed and
Breakfast in Rimrock, AZ… We stayed for three days and
didn't even want to go anywhere else. However one day we
did drive over to Montezuma's Castle and on to
Montezuma's Lake, which was extremely interesting. But
the real enjoyment was taking advantage of the Luna
Vista B&B and the many amenities it has to offer… But
the most important thing about the Luna Vista is the
owners! Kala and Frank are what it is all about. They
genuinely care about their guests and cater to their
every need. They love life and it shows. In all of our
travels, they are the most sincere, heartwarming and
gay-friendly people that we have ever met…

Luna
Vista Bed and Breakfast, Camp Verde, Arizona -- These
hosts love to pamper and entertain
I approached this bed and breakfast
with a bit of trepidation. Although it is only a few
miles from the highway, much of that is along dirt roads
that gave no hint of the luxurious accommodations that
awaited us. From the time my wife and I arrived, we were
entertained and pampered. There is a lot to see, both in
the building and on the estate. What I was most pleased
with was the joy that the proprietors, Kala and Frank,
obviously took in pleasing their guests. The home is
extensively decorated and provisioned with comforts,
like waterfalls and a movie library. The steam room (in
the Deluxe room) was very nice and was a rare
opportunity for a private steam room! What is especially
nice is that Kala and Frank gave attention to our needs,
often even before we had a chance to say anything. They
are very positive, friendly and social people, and I
wish we had been able to stay longer. They also have a
wealth of information about the local area (restaurants,
sights, etc.) that was mostly wasted on us due to our
short stay, and was just another example of their
perceptiveness and consideration. If we return to the
area, we will definitely stay at Luna Vista.

Luna Vista B&B, a hidden desert getaway
"You can't find a B&B in a more remote spot than in the desert of Rimrock, but what you do find is the most luxurious accommodations, scrumptious hot breakfasts, and the nicest and the most gracious couple you would ever want to meet….I was fortunate enough to stay in the Don Diego room, which has a king….The steam room experience alone made this the perfect retreat. We're talking state of art spa steam room here. …If you want exceptional pampering, and intelligent conversation with hosts, Luna Vista is the place to find on the map.

Hidden treasure can still be found in the Verde Valley
"… nestled among the ancient Indian cliff dwellings along the banks of Beaver Creek. These days that hidden treasure takes the form of Luna Vista Bed & Breakfast - a true treasure among bed and breakfast experiences......for an experience that is unrivaled elsewhere in the state. This is truly a jewel in the desert!"

Compliments from the Big Boys:
I wanted to thank you again for a great experience you
gave me; it's been a long time since I have been so
relax. No commercial hotel in the world can give
the same warm hospitality you give, both of you are
exceptional people who I was so honored to meet.
You made me feel like part of the family. Be
assured that I will spread the rumor about the hidden
